Role Description

Princes Bradford is recruiting for an Engineering Team Leader to join the business. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work for our Bradford site which is a powerhouse for soft drinks production. This position offers a fantastic shift pattern meaning you have every weekend off and some long weekends the way the shift pattern lands. We are also offering a highly competitive salary for a days position - no night shifts!

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Asset Care Manager, this role is responsible for proactively managing a shift of technicians to ensure that equipment performance is maximised and optimised. The role ensures that as well as all planned activity being executed, responses to breakdowns and associated RCA and corrective action are undertaken in a timely and professional manner.
