Engineering Technician (Aguascalientes)

Sensata is seeking an Engineering Technician to join their team.

• Assist in new product design development and design upgrades to existing products
• Perform engineering tests (electrical, mechanical, and product evaluation studies)
• Pre-test checklist procedure, daily monitoring, post-test tear-down procedure
• Acquire, analyze, and document data
• Interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations for future improvements. For example, plotting data and looking for anomalies
• Knowledge of Data Acquisition Systems
• Perform device failure analysis if needed
• Ability to read prints. Knowledge of GD&T is a plus
• Knowledge of measurement methods, such as CMM
• Perform studies to validate internal measurement systems (Gage R&R, MSA)
• Must have working knowledge of basic statistics (mean, sigma, Cp, Cpk, etc.)
