Role Description

About the Role
We're looking for a highly self-motivated and result-oriented Engineering Underwriter with strong commercial mindset to join Global Engineering China team, based in Beijing.

Key focuses of this role are:
To assist China Engineering team in developing and managing engineering reinsurance portfolio (combined treaty and facultative)

To support Company strategy in strengthening our value proposition in China market

To provide underwriting and technical support across Asia markets on an ad-hoc basis.
Major Responsibilities
Work with team to build up a sustainable and profitable engineering business portfolio (both treaty and facultative), including infrastructure, IDI, renewable energy, while delivering high‑quality underwriting in line with company philosophy and guidelines
