Role Description

Position Purpose and Summary
Achieve individually assigned enrolment goals by actively recruiting, advising, and encouraging students to complete their applications and enroll into the university. This is done through contacting your assigned database, and any scheduled in-person and/or online fairs or meetings; providing information and the key steps to prospective students and families; responsible for managing consistent contact, and achieving assigned numerical benchmarks necessary for the team to achieve its enrolment goals.
Key Areas of Accountability
Achieve individual enrolment goals with appropriate stage movement by communicating promptly with all assigned students and families. 
Provide consistent, well-documented follow-up to all app-submitted-thru-enrolled students and families to help them onboard with the university; specifically through email, text, phone calls, and campus, individual or virtual visits.
