About the Role
TapMango is seeking a driven and strategic Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to pioneer our growing mid‑market sales motion. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating high‑quality pipeline by engaging senior decision makers at multi‑location brands across restaurants, retail, health & beauty, and fitness. This is not a high‑volume, spray‑and‑pray outbound role. You'll focus on thoughtful, personalized outreach and meaningful conversations with real operators who care about customer retention, repeat visits, and revenue growth.
Work Location
This position starts as hybrid: 2 days per week in our office at Yonge & Sheppard, Toronto. As you ramp up and hit your stride, the role is expected to transition to fully remote within 6 months to 1 year.
Salary: CAD 80k base + uncapped commissions
