Project & Agile Tooling Administrator (Programmer/Analyst 1)

Project & Agile Tooling Administrator provides essential support for our project and agile tooling ecosystem, primarily focusing on Atlassian tools. This individual will work collaboratively with project teams, agile practitioners, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use and configuration of these tools. This role will assist with user support, training, and basic tool administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for tool-related issues, escalating complex problems as needed
• Assist with user onboarding and training sessions
• Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other training resources
• Promote user adoption and best practices
• Assist with basic tool configuration and maintenance tasks under supervision
