EOR Business Operations Manager

What you bring

• Demonstrated experience in business operations, program/project management, operational excellence, or a similar cross‑functional role (ideally in EOR Operations or an adjacent operating environment).
• You have strong project management skills and can take ambiguous, multi‑stakeholder work from problem definition through delivery, adoption and measurement.
• You can facilitate alignment across teams with differing priorities and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• You use AI thoughtfully to improve your own workflows and incorporate it into solution design where it meaningfully increases quality, speed or clarity.
• You are comfortable working with operational metrics and reporting (e.g., Sigma, Zendesk, Google Sheets) and can translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
