Epic Super User Coordinator

Job Description
A large healthcare client in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Epic Super User Coordinator for a large-scale Epic implementation supporting multiple hospital and ambulatory sites.
This coordinator will play a critical role in building, stabilizing and scaling Super User and ATE coordination leading up to and through go-live. This individual will be responsible for all Super User recruitment and coordination for an Epic go-live project supporting five hospital sites in the Philadelphia and greater Philadelphia region. The ideal candidate will be highly independent, confident, and have direct prior experience coordinating Super Users on large Epic implementations. The coordinator will own Super User and ATE scheduling, tracking, and communication across multiple sites, while actively mitigating fluctuating Super User volumes and inconsistent processes.
