Equipment Development Engineer

We are seeking a Equipment Development Engineer to support the development and optimisation of manufacturing processes and facilities for advanced product assembly. This role focuses on designing, implementing and improving processes, tooling and automation solutions to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality production. You will play a key part in shaping manufacturing capability from early concept through to full production, working across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced engineering environment.
