**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate heavy equipment such as loaders and excavators safely and efficiently while completing daily production tasks
+ Inspect, maintain, and report on equipment condition before and after use to ensure proper operation
+ Move, load, and stockpile materials to support site operations and production needs
+ Perform general manual labour duties including shoveling, lifting, cleaning, and site housekeeping as required
+ Follow all safety procedures and communicate effectively with team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment
