Equipment Operator

We are currently hiring a **Equipment Operator** to work at our **Halfway Facility in Carlsbad, NM.** In this job, you will be working outside in all weather conditions. This is a local job with no travel and no per diem. We offer family benefits, 401k, and paid vacation.

**Pay Range:** $70,000-$80,000+ DOE ($21-$24+/hr.)

**Schedule:**

+ Day Shift or Night Shift position working a **6 Days On 3 Days Off Rotation** .
+ For out-of-city applicants, we do provide housing/man camps. The work schedule will be 14 Days on 7 Days off Rotation.
+ The working hours are 5:30 am to 5:30 pm. (We may also have Night Shift and they work 5:30 pm to 5:30 am.)
