  • Handle customer escalations and service-related concerns professionally
  • Investigate complaints and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue closure
  • Work closely with Customer Service, Technicians, and Operations teams
  • Manage and resolve negative Google review escalations
  • Identify recurring issues and support service improvement initiatives
