Estimation Engineer-Fire & Gas Systems

What You Will Do

As an Estimation Engineer specializing in Fire & Gas Systems you will play a critical role in developing competitive bid proposals. Your expertise will support Consultant PMC EPC and End Users by providing budgetary proposals during the FEED stage. You will be responsible for reviewing tender documents, conducting site surveys, attending bid-clarification meetings, estimating project costs and preparing detailed estimation sheets in line with Johnson Controls policies.

How You Will Do It

• Receive, maintain and organize tender files, quotations and associated documents.

• Conduct site surveys and maintain comprehensive reports.

• Seek clarifications from customers or department managers regarding tender documents.

• Source and analyze quotations from sub-vendors and sub-contractors in compliance with company policies.
