RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Prepare and assist takeoffs and cost estimates
• Collect BOQ's and prepare cost analysis for project
• Prepare and submit tenders for multiple projects simultaneously
• Liaise with all relevant stakeholders and negotiate with subcontractors
• Attend and prepare tender meetings
• Develop budgets and monitor project costs

EXPERIENCE:

• 4-6 Years Estimating experience
• Fitout experience essential
