Estimator

A well-established tier 3 commercial builder with a strong reputation across fit-out, refurbishment and new build construction up to $25m is looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their South Melbourne team.
This is a business that has built a solid name delivering quality commercial projects across a diverse portfolio, with work spanning workplace fit-out, hospitality, education, industrial and general commercial construction.
With a healthy pipeline of negotiated and hard-dollar tender opportunities, they’re looking for an Estimator who can confidently take ownership of bids, contribute commercially, and become a key part of the preconstruction team.
