Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator / Proposal Engineer with 2–8 years of experience in estimation and proposal preparation for electrical systems including switchgear, transformers, MV systems, RMU, and PDU. The role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and an understanding of global standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates, techno-commercial proposals, and bid documentation for: LV/MV Switchgear systemsTransformers (including MV Transformers)Ring Main Units (RMU)Power Distribution Units (PDU)Related electrical infrastructure for industrial and datacenter applications
Analyze customer specifications, BOQs, drawings, and tender documents
Perform costing, vendor evaluation, and risk analysis
Support proposal development, bid strategies, and value engineering
