Matchbox Consulting Group has taken the ferry over to Vancouver Island and is partnering with a well respected, multi-family residential builder in Victoria in search of an Estimator. 

 

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing team, focused on multi-family residential projects across British Columbia. This role plays a critical part in the preconstruction process, supporting accurate, competitive, and well-planned bids from early budgeting through final tender.

The ideal candidate brings strong estimating fundamentals, hands-on multi-family experience, and the ability to collaborate closely with preconstruction, operations, and project teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
