Skills & Learning - Graduate Program is designed for freshers or early career professionals (0-1 years experience) eager to start a career in Operations, Program Coordination, and talent development administration. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of development programs, technical upskilling tracks and other learning initiatives within ETIC.

Program Duration: 1 year (Paid)

Key Responsibilities: 

Learner Onboarding & Orientation: Support the onboarding process for new cohorts, ensuring learners understand their learning paths, platforms, schedules, and expectations.
