Events Expert

Description

The B2B Events Expert reports directly and works closely with the B2B Events Head. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of corporate events - conferences, exhibitions, product launches, sports events, and more as part of the over-all Go-To-Market plans and strategy. The B2B Events Expert will also lead the coordination with internal stakeholders, agencies, and third-party vendors necessary to ensure project deliverables.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work closely with the B2B Events Head and Marketing Managers to map out the tasks needed to implement the project and reach the business objectives.

Assist Marketing Managers to ensure that all event executions are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Coordinate with internal clients and vendors to establish the requirements for an event throughout the planning process.
