Overview

We’re building a centralized quant research team and need an execution quant to own execution quality end‑to‑end. This is a ground‑floor opportunity where you’ll establish reporting infrastructure and develop signals that cut trading costs.

• Analyze execution reports to identify poor trades and execution quality issues.
• Build signals to improve execution performance covering order‑specific metrics and toxicity analysis.
• Establish execution reporting infrastructure from the ground up.
• Perform low‑latency order book analysis to optimize execution across global markets.
• Continuously review execution data to uncover areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with trading teams and data engineering to improve infrastructure and execution controls.
• Pre‑ and post‑trade transaction cost analysis (TCA) to benchmark execution performance and identify cost reduction opportunities.
