Position Summary
Execution Specialist. In this role, you will be in charge of the coordination of shipments with all the correspondent parties involved, the issuance of documents and distribution of shipment documents on time according to established policies and procedures;
making sure all deadlines for each of the processes around Trade Operations are met.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure proper execution of contracts and the vessels assigned, including documentation process from contract to final invoice and other related documents.
