Position Summary

The Executive Assistant to the Founder provides high-level administrative, operational, and personal support to ensure the Founder's time, attention, and priorities are protected and advanced. This role is responsible for calendar and communications management, executive-level coordination, business administration, and selected HR/people‑operations tasks. Operating within a fast‑paced e‑commerce business, the Executive Assistant must thrive in a dynamic environment with many moving parts—vendors, partners, customer needs, marketing initiatives, fulfillment coordination, and internal workflows. The ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a continuous‑improvement mindset that identifies friction, tightens systems, and makes the business more organized, predictable, and scalable. Confidentiality is paramount: this role will handle sensitive personal, financial, HR, and business information and requires strict discretion.
