Provide senior-level administrative, calendar, and time management support to one or more senior executives

Exercise discretion, confidentiality, sound judgment, and organizational knowledge to effectively support executive priorities

Manage complex calendars by prioritizing meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment with daily, weekly, and strategic objectives

Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, materials, minutes, offsites, and external functions
