Role Description

For our client, based in Den Haag, we are looking for an Executive Assistant (m/f/x).
Responsibilities
Coordinate CEO's communications (emails, letters, reports)
Liaison with internal/external stakeholders
Conduct research and compile information
Anticipate and address CEO's needs
Handle sensitive information discreetly
Assist with special projects and initiatives
Provide administrative support (expenses, filing systems)
Occasionally manage personal and family-related tasks
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Proven experience as CEO Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal)
Effective multi-tasking in fast-paced environments
Preferred international experience and cultural understanding
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
