Executive Chef 2

**Role Overview**

**Sodexo** is seeking an **Executive Chef 2** to manage production for Piedmont Macon Medical in Macon GA. This individual need to be able to lead a diverse team in a high volume of production for retail, patient's physician dining and catering. Must be able maximize quality and efficiencies.

**What You'll Do**

+ Lead culinary team under direction of General Manager
+ Oversee daily food production across patient dining, café, and catering
+ Manage production planning and operational controls
+ Ensure compliance with Sodexo culinary standards, recipes, and food quality
+ Monitor and control labor and food costs
+ Develop menus and manage inventory
+ Oversee food cost management
