Executive Chef

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. We offer a salary of 1700 AED per month and are open to considering a foreigner for this position.

• Create new menu items and recipes in collaboration with the kitchen staff.
• Supervise the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, dishwashing, and sanitation.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure that all food is prepared according to health regulations and standards of quality and presentation.
• Train new kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques and safety protocols.

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
• Experience in menu planning, cost control, and ordering supplies.
