Role Description

Is responsible for managing export documentation, coordinating logistics and freight forwarding activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining effective communication with customers, forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.

• Issue Proforma Invoices to customers including freight and other charges for advance payment terms.
• Maintain and update the Dispatch Tracker with country-specific requirements, certifications, and Incoterms.
• Communicate order and shipment readiness status to customers and regional teams.
• Coordinate pre-shipment inspections with SGS and other third-party inspection companies.
• Review and approve Letter of Credit drafts for orders requiring LC payment terms.
• Coordinate freight forwarding arrangements with customers, regional sales teams, and forwarders, including FCA, CPT, FOB, CIP, and DDP Incoterms.
