Executive - General Operations

JOB SUMMARY: To assist the Manager Operations in responsible for the overall operational concerns of the mall.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Inspects retail outlets in the Shopping Mall and maintains good professional relationships with tenants.
• Escalating issues and problems to Operations Manager when necessary.
• To work closely with the Housekeeping department in ensuring the Shopping Mall is kept at tip top condition.
• Assists in inspecting the setup and operations of retail outlets in the Shopping Mall to ensure adherence to Tenancy Agreements and statutory requirements.
• Establishes and maintains good working relationships with Tenants of the Shopping Mall.
• Effectively presents information and responds to Tenant’s enquiries in detail.
• Handles complaints and any dissatisfaction expressed by Tenants or customers.
• Controls the use of corridors in front of shops by tenants.
