Role Description

Job Title: Analyst / Executive – IT Procurement

Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (Preferably with Material / Supply Chain qualification)

Role Purpose

To manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, and services, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery while aligning with business and technology requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Procure IT hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, networking), software licenses, SaaS solutions, and IT services at optimal cost, quality, and timelines.

Perform cost analysis, benchmarking, and market assessment to ensure competitive sourcing.

Drive vendor development and management for IT categories including OEMs, system integrators, cloud/service providers, and resellers.
