Role Description
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including stock in/out, raw materialsingredients, transfer, goods sold, goods return, damages & full control of stock movements.
- Data entry for all stock movements at Warehouse and record on-hand stock daily.
- Responsible for verifying both inbound and outbound inventory matches.
- Ensure stock accuracy at check in, check out, loading, unloading, purchase & sold items by physically counting.
- Manage daily, weekly, and yearly stock count activity together with the warehouse team.
- Monitor inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
- Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
- Analyses daily product and supply levels, and discrepancies to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
