Executive Manager / Joint Manager Purchase

We are looking for a graduate in B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical or relevant discipline) with 8 to 12 years of experience in Direct Purchase functions include (Raw Material, Pipes, Flanges & Fittings) within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Identify new sources for raw material in order to reduce cost.

• Develop new / alternative sources for critical items / indeginization.
• Price negotiation with vendors
• Familiar with material specification
• Explore avenues for material cost reduction.
• Negotiation skills

2. Inventory Management

• Periodically review safety stocks.
• Periodically review slow moving material in the inventory and take efforts to liquidate non moving inventory.

3. Order Management

• Releasing of purchase orders for specified items.
• Conversion of PR to PO
