Role Description
Production Planning & Scheduling
- Develop daily and weekly production schedules in coordination with Sales and Production teams.
- Monitor job orders and prioritize them based on delivery commitments and available resources.
- Maintain and update the Master Production Schedule (MPS) with accuracy.
- Prepare and release all necessary documentation such as process flow sheets etc. to the shop floor for efficient and effective production planning & control.
- In liaison with the production team prepare production plan to ensure the delivery schedule meets customer requirements.
- Act as a bridge between Sales Customer Service and Operations to ensure timely and accurate flow of information.
- Liaise with the production team to identify capacity constraints and reschedule accordingly.
