Role Description
This position is responsible for executing day-to-day purchasing activities to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods. The role involves vendor coordination, purchase order processing, price comparison, and ensuring adherence to company procurement policies, quality standards and bidding. The incumbent will assist in sourcing reliable suppliers, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate records of procurement transactions.
Qualification
Bachelor's in Business Administration
Required Skills
Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Clear, professional communication with internal teams and suppliers.
Team Collaboration – Working effectively with finance, logistics, and operations teams.
MS Excel Skills – For reporting, data analysis, and forecasting.
Experience
2-3 years of experience in procurement, vendor coordination and purchase matters.
