Executive Project Leader

Overview

We are looking for a plant-embedded transformation leader who has successfully scaled manufacturing capacity and led complex, cross-functional initiatives delivering measurable operational results.

Must have 10+ years experience in manufacturing operations. Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, process flow, capacity planning, and operational KPI’s. Strong executive communication skills. Experience in one or more of the following: data center infrastructure, Modular construction, HVAC / thermal systems manufacturing, complex configured or engineered product manufacturing. Must have Bachelors degree in engineering, operations, Business, or related field.
