LEIA SFI Exercise Modeling and Simulation Engineer

SMX is seeking an Exercise Modeling & Simulation Engineer to support US Space Forces Indo-Pacific (SFI). The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise required to build and maintain a simulated, contested space environment for exercises.

**This position requires a current DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI which requires US citizenship.**

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Digital Environment Development: Create and maintain high-fidelity simulations of space-based assets and orbital mechanics to support Tier 1 and Tier 2 exercises.
+ C3I Simulation: Resource and implement simulations of Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence (C3I) capabilities, ensuring that virtual data streams (e.g., GPS interference, SATCOM degradation) are delivered realistically to training audiences.
