Experienced AU Bookkeeper

The Experienced Bookkeeper will be responsible for a range of tasks to help the ir business services team deliver timely service to internal and external stakeholders. The core focus is to process balance sheet reconciliations in bank accounts, AP, AR, payrolls, etc.

• Processing Accounts Payable tasks including data entry and reconciliations
• Processing Accounts Receivable tasks including invoices and reconciliations
• Entering and processing a variety of payroll transactions (wages, super, etc.)
• IAS/BAS preparation and lodgment
• Review and tidy of client data files in preparation for annual tax compliance
• Transition of client files to a variety of cloud accounting software packages as required
• Provision of cloud accounting software package training to clients as required
• Responding to client bookkeeping and cloud accounting software queries
