Experienced Baker

Banjos Bakery is seeking a skilled and reliable Baker to join our bakery team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about producing fresh, high-quality baked goods in a busy bakery environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and bake bread, rolls, pastries and other bakery products Measure, mix, mould, prove and bake dough according to recipes and standards. Operate ovens, mixers and bakery equipment safely Maintain product quality, freshness and presentation Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures Assist with stock rotation, ingredient preparation and general bakery cleaning Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Requirements Relevant baking experience or qualification preferred Strong knowledge of baking methods and dough preparation Ability to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays as required Reliable, hardworking and able to work under pressure Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability ...
