Experienced HVAC Product Engineer Needed

Become an HVAC Product Engineer with Napoleon in a hybrid capacity from Barrie, Ontario. This role requires a hands-on approach to product design and development.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will create innovative designs catering to customer needs while ensuring that production costs and timelines are met. Collaborate with internal teams to conduct market research and analyze competition, leading to data-driven design decisions. Your technical knowledge and creativity will contribute to enhancing both new and existing product lines, ensuring market relevance.
