The successful candidate will have a diploma in Payroll/Accounting along with a PCP designation and at least three years of payroll experience. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance with BC payroll regulations while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate and timely full-cycle payroll processing
• Act as point of contact for payroll-related employee inquiries
• Perform audits and reconciliations of payroll reports
• Prepare journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
• Maintain financial accuracy for year-end balancing
