Experienced Property Accountant Needed

Become a key player in our team as an experienced Property Accountant fluent in English and Mandarin, responsible for managing our commercial and residential real estate portfolio.

This role offers an opportunity for a dedicated individual with 3-4 years of experience in property accounting and proficiency in Yardi Voyager. You will oversee the entire accounting cycle, prepare financial reporting packages, and manage tenant accounts. The position demands exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills, ensuring compliance and timely reporting across a complex business structure.
