Our Cambridge facility is looking for a Stationary Engineer to join the Engineering & Maintenance Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and functioning of various thermal heaters and water treatment systems. Your duties will include maintenance coordination, monitoring system performance, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain heating, cooling, and water treatment systems
• Monitor equipment performance and conduct analysis
• Foster team collaboration and assist unionized staff
• Complete safety training and enforce workplace standards
• Accurately document maintenance tasks and processes
