 What to expect:
 
  Process Development:  Responsible for the development of SiC epitaxy processes and project-related work.
  Manufacturing:  Lead the development of the manufacturing process flow of SiC power components related to epitaxy process modules, solve quality problems in a timely manner, and ensure smooth manufacturing during ramp-up, pre-production, and production phases.
  Process Monitoring:  Timely check and follow up on the status of engineering processes in case of drifts within the scope of responsibility, take appropriate corrective actions to solve the issues, analyze and summarize the process data of engineering batches, and handle relevant technical problems.
  Product Reliability:  Understand product reliability requirements and testing methods, and be accountable for product reliability evaluation in the own field of process expertise.
