Title: Executive - Export Support

OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Support Executive to manage export documentation, coordination, and regulatory support activities for international pharmaceutical business operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in export processes, compliance documentation, and coordination with regulatory and logistics teams.
Key responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end export documentation for pharmaceutical shipments.
Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, COO, BL/AWB, and other export-related documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA agents, transporters, and internal departments for smooth shipment execution.
Support regulatory documentation and compliance requirements for international markets.
Maintain records related to export orders, shipment tracking, and documentation status....
