Extrusion Machine Operator

Labourforce is seeking a Machine Operator to join our client in Cooper Plains on an on-going basis. You will be required to be available for a rotating roster (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am). We are offering a $48.85ph pay rate (flat rate) with a view to permanency for the right person
Your day will include:

• You will make Plastic PVC piping; end to end process
• Operating an extrusion machine (no experience required, but previous experience operating any machinery will be an advantage)
• Inspecting the quality of the product based on client requirements
• Use of a forklift to put away finished product (an advantage, but not required)

 
About you:

• Current Forklift license 
• Willing to complete our Pre-employment medical process
• Experience operating a machine is an advantage
• Physically fit, as you may need to lift up to 20kgs
