Your key responsibilities

As a wavespace Experience Manager you’ll choreograph and help design experiences, both bespoke and repeatable, to be used across wavespace for a diverse roster of clients. 
Maintain oversight of wavespace experience staffing, application of technology, design, and creative elements to ensure expectations of clients, account teams and other internal EY stakeholders are met Approve staffing, final design, and pricing/costs with Experience Leader
Manage session escalations as issues arise, and ensure proper financing expectations with customers (client teams and internal session teams)
Confirm accurate accounting (costing, reporting, billing, ...
