Job Role - Eyewear Counselor

Job Responsibilities

1. Consulting with Clients:
   

   • Conduct one-on-one consultations with customers to understand their vision needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements (e.g., office work, sports, fashion).
     
   • Review customers' eye prescriptions, if provided, and recommend the appropriate eyewear (glasses, contacts, or sunglasses).
     

2. Eyewear Selection:
   

   • Assist customers in selecting frames that complement their face shape, skin tone, and personal style.
     
   • Recommend lenses based on specific vision requirements, such as single vision, bifocals, progressive lenses, or lenses for specific activities (e.g., blue-light blocking for screen time).
