Role Description

The opportunity
We’re looking for Associate Managers with 6–8 years of experience in M&A life cycle, carve-out / integration of a business post-announcement of transaction, cross-border M&A who specialize in top-down synergy assessments, bottom-up synergy build, cost to achieve synergies, synergy monitoring and tracking.
Your key responsibilities
Synergy Modeling: Develop and implement synergy models for revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency during integration and transformation projects.

Opportunity Assessment: Identify and validate synergy opportunities across functions (, procurement, supply chain, IT, HR, sales) using benchmarks and industry data for headcount, non-headcount (materials, services, facilities) synergies.

Financial Analysis: Quantify synergy benefits and create detailed financial models to support integration planning and execution.
