職務内容（Description）
Process Integration（PI）部門のモジュールエンジニアとして、最新の 300mm DRAM プロセスフローにおける、各プロセスモジュールの開発および／またはサポートを担当します。
また、担当モジュールの最適化を目的とした実験計画の立案および評価に積極的に関与します。
職務責任（Responsibilities）
Yield Enhancement グループと連携し、歩留まりおよび信頼性の改善を推進
モジュール関連の課題を PI リーダーシップチームへ共有・報告
目的を満たす SWR（Split Wafer Run） を適切に設計・運用し、完遂まで推進
複雑なデータを収集・解析し、Fab プロセスの最適化と歩留まり向上を実現
複数エリアにまたがるエンジニアリングチームと連携し、プロセス課題解決を推進
グローバルパートナーと密に連携し、モジュール関連トピックおよびプロセスアライメント活動の最新動向を把握
必要なトレーニングおよび業務上重要な知識・スキルを維持
品質向上およびプロセス逸脱（Excursion）低減に向けた活動・プロジェクトへ貢献
