Fabricator

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Fabricator to join their team. As a Fabricator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Fabricator

**Location:** Dexter, MI

**Pay Range: $20 to $22, depending on experience.**

**Shift: Training on 1st shift (4am to 2:30pm) and moving to 2nd (2:30pm to 1am) after training.**

**What's the Job?**

+ Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to fabricate components accurately.
+ Operate various fabrication tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
+ Assemble fabricated parts according to quality standards and production schedules.
+ Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
