Position: Façade Designer

Employment Type: Full Time

Work Setup: Office-Based (Philexcel Clark, Pampanga)

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM PH Time Zone

Salary Budget: Php 60,000.00 – 70,000.00 gross salary package

Qualifications as a Façade Designer:

• Technical diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of façade design and drafting experience , including shop drawings and fabrication drawings .
• Previous experience working for a façade contractor or specialist façade subcontractor is strongly preferred.
• Strong experience working with façade systems such as curtain wall, windows, doors, louvers, skylights, and sheet metal cladding .
